When an NFC tag is tapped or a QR code is scanned, ReviewFlow may record basic interaction information such as the type of interaction, the associated business, and the date and time of the interaction. These records are not intended to identify individual customers.
Interactions may be recorded whether or not the associated business has activated the optional Analytics Dashboard. If Analytics is activated later, previously recorded interactions may become available to that business through its dashboard.
This information may be used to operate ReviewFlow links, prevent misuse and provide optional interaction analytics. ReviewFlow does not control information subsequently collected by third-party platforms, such as Google, after a user leaves the ReviewFlow service.
